On other side, the Naderi group built another Jamatkhana in 1984, known as Hasan ibn Sabbah at Khayr Khana, Kabul. Prior to it, three Jamatkhanas were in existent in Kabul. These Jamatkhanas are opened for all. The Namaz is offered when the non-Ismailis attended the Jamatkhanas, otherwise the Dua is offered as per Ismaili tariqah. The entire removal of Dua however was effected in two Jamatkhanas of the Naderi group.
Some indecorous activities are reported to have taken place on other side in Afghanistan. Mansur, the son of Sayed Nadir Khan enjoyed luxurious life in Kayan, and is alleged to have equated himself with Hasan bin Sabbah. Once he said, "In the Ismaili history there was only Hasan bin Sabbah, who had a small military band and political power. My political and military powers are mightier than him, as there is no obstacle to prevent me." He built a beautiful edifice in Kayan valley in the name of "Eagle Places" – a symbol of Alamut castle to demonstrate his power. When the Taliban captured Kayan valley in the middle of August 1998, it has been demolished, whose news in ugly form was published with photographs in "Zarb-e-Momin" newspaper on September 4, 1998. According to the report, there were huge quantity of various kinds of weapons, munitions, tanks, foodstuffs, a lot of Afghan currency and gold and a large quantity of alcohol. We are quite unknown with the other side of coin, nevertheless, it enhanced further lease to the anti-propaganda to distort the image of Ismailism.
Meanwhile, Jafar, the son of Mansur, or another bishop of Naderism came from United States, where he went at the age of 10 years and lived with his uncle and attended the Hiram W. Dodd Elementary School and South Mountain Junior High School in Allentown, Penselvanis. He was so naughty that he had been kicked out of Mountain Junior for 16 times, once for punching a teacher. He also joined a hippie motorcycle gang and worked in the local McDonald Hamburger Restaurant. He adopted his name Jaff Naderi. He returned to Afghanistan at the age of 17 years. His father appointed him the commander of 1200 Ismaili Defence Force when he was 22 years old.
In 1989, Mansur, the son of Sayed Nadir Khan gave an interview to the Soviet correspondents, Vladimir Sevruk and Izvestia and made some foolish and irresponsible commitments by saying, "We must do justice to Babrak Karmal, who did everything in his power to translate the true meaning of the revolution…He did a lot for Afghan Muslims and we sincerely respect him. The policy of national reconciliation proclaimed by President Najib fully accord with the fundamental principles of true Islam. We want Afghanistan and the Soviet Union to be good neighbour…. We won’t let anyone harm our Soviet neighbour. That is how we are instructed by the supreme authority of the Ismailis, Karim Aga Khan." (vide Vladimir Sevruk’s "The vow of Ismailis : What values are defended by Afghan Ismailites – members of an influential Shiite Ismaili sect," New Times, June 27 & July 3, 1989, p. 15)
Mawlana Hazar Imam was on a visit of Tanzania, where he foretold in the following farman: -
"
OUR TIMES ARE CHANGING IN THE SENSE THAT THERE ARE NEW CONTACTS BEING BUILT WITH THE JAMATS WHICH IN THE PAST HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WITH THE IMAM OF THE TIME. AN EXAMPLE IS THE JAMAT OF AFGHANISTAN, MAY BE THE JAMAT OF THE SOVIET UNION. AND BECAUSE OF THESE CONTACTS, BECAUSE OF THE NECESSITY THAT THE IMAM SHOULD MAINTAIN AND BUILD CONTACTS WITH THESE JAMATS, IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL THAT THIS TIME IN THE HISTORY OF OUR TARIQAH, THE IMAM OF THE TIME SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO THE NEW JAMATS WHICH WISH TO HAVE THOSE CONTACTS."
