Saturday, 2002, September 7 The Nation, Nairobi - Aga Khan to spend Sh2.46b in project / The Aga Khan Health Services will spend Sh2.46 billion in the next three years to upgrade its hospitals in Nairobi, Mombasa and Dar es Salaam. The $33 million investment in infrastructure and technology development aims at improving professional and academic activities.
