Re: Continued Lawsuit

I do hope this lawsuit will end. I can't think of why anyone wants to sue the Imam.

On the flip side my cousin was at Unionville JK when the Kamadia family started the assault on Alnaz. Although I am not a fan of Alnaz as a lawyer, what Kamadia did was not right. Apparently his son also published material regarding various religious items as part of his degree (he calls himself an "Independent Ismaili Scholar" , and one member of their family was shot by the police years ago - they were involved in drug trafficking. The family has also proclaimed individuals as "Imam Dai" and this person helped countless people achieve salvation. Wouldn't the title of "Imam Dia" be in the right of the Imam to give similar to "Pir" not the Kamadia family?

I do hope the case will be closed forever!
