Ismailis do not have any Mosque. They have a Jamatkhana, similar to a Sufi Lodge.
You friend should be able to contact the Ismaili Council in Montreal to get the information you need. But there is no need to convert without conviction. You can marry with an Ismaili without changing your faith.
