By Public transport from Louvain:

You can take a fast train going in the opposite direction of louvain such as "ostende" and get off on "gare du NORD-NOORD station" and from there you have to take a tram.

Also www.stib.be is the local brussels transportation website from which you can see the itenerary from gare du nord to the address of the jk.
