Ek tirath vedhddaa Pir Shams gaaji sadhnnaa,
tusaa naavo naavo naavannaa - viraa naavannaa 1

Naate dhote sejiaa jine Gurdhaa farmaayaa kiaa,
or nahi naavnnaa - nahi naavnnaa 2

Raaho rah chalo tusaa Pir puchhi raahaa chalo,
ujadd pag nahi paavnnaa - na paavnnaa 3

Pir Shams arvaa par bodhnnaa,
man-hatthi ruhaane samjaavannaa - e samjaavnnaa 4

Esaa dar medde saaheb raajedhaa sadhddaa,
suidhe dhafe vich hastia maavnnaa -viraa maavnnaa 5

Pir Shams gaaji boliaa,
fal sache yaare momane paavnnaa - viraa paavnnaa 6

ek teerath vedhddaa peer shams gaazee sadhnnaa
tusaa naavo naavo naavannaa veeraa naavannaa...................1

Going to the sacred bathing-place, Pir Shams the Ghazi calls: bathe if you would bathe, bathe if you would.

Variation:
Admonishing a caravan going for the Hindu pilgrimage(teerath), Peer Shams, the conquerer says that your bath should be the bath of reality.
