Contradiction: Drafting of the February 18th letter purportedly by the Imam
Mr Sachedina told Mr Jiwa that the Imam showed Mr Sachedina a draft of the second letter before signing it. Mr Sachedina told Mr. Tajdin that the Imam was away travelling when he drafted the second letter.

Did Sachedina convey to Imam that some of the points in the forged letter needed clarification?
Mr Sachedina did not convey to the Imam that Mr Tajdin had responded to the first letter with a request for clarifications.

Has an Official Farman Book Publication Been Approved?
LIF's announcement in January 16, 2010, informed the jamats as follows: 'The Jamat will be pleased to be informed that Mawlana Hazar Imam has already approved that the Jamati institutions should formally publish a volume containing the approved text of his farmans, including those made for the Golden Jubilee.'
Is this announcement accurate? Mr Sachedina cannot pinpoint whether or when the approval for this official Farman book was given, and does not indicate that any work is under way to produce an official Farman book.

A Lawsuit Action was filed on April 06, 2010 in the name of the Aga Khan, against two defendants Nagib Tajdin and Alnaz Jiwa for having infringed the Aga Khan's Copyright by Publishing and Distributing the Farman Book 'Kalam-e Imam-e Zaman, Golden Edition, Farmans 1957-2010'
For the first time in history, an Ismaili Imam was allegedly taking His spiritual child to court.

Mr Sachedina helps to establish that despite there being a few thousand Jamatkhanas, the circumstances of the worldwide ismaili Jamat are such that over 80% of ismailis do not have access to Jamatkhanas or to Farmans.

The Aga Khan, at the invitation of Governor Purdue, will visit Atlanta as a part of four city visit he is undertaking to celebrate his Golden Jubilee, the 50th year as the Imam. He will be in Atlanta for three days following his visits to San Antonio, Los Angeles and Chicago. His visit will witness the gathering of over 25,000 of his followers from over 30 countries.

Aga Khan plots London return after embarrassing snub - 2010-05-29

The Aga Khan suffered a humiliating defeat in 2002 when his plans to build a museum of Islamic art on one of London's most desirable sites were thrown out, even though his £24 million bid was twice the size of any other.
The racehorse breeder and spiritual leader to more than four million Ismaili Muslims was said to have been furious with what he saw as unfair and xenophobic treatment of his philanthropy, and signalled that would turn his back on this country.

It is thought that the Aga Khan Foundation and King’s Cross Central — the joint venture between Argent, London & Continental Railways and landowner DHL-Exel - are finalising details of an agreement to develop the proposed centre at the 67 acre site.

This man is a visionary. Small wonder that he and Trudeau became so close over the years, a friendship that really began when Canada welcomed thousands of Ismaili Muslims fleeing Idi Amin’s Uganda back in 1972.

By 2013, the seven-acre expanse near Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue will be home to a world-class museum, multi-purpose building and parklands, cementing this city's importance as a past and future destination for the Ismaili diaspora. Farid Damji, a member of the Ismaili Council for Canada, said the Aga Khan chose to build the centre in Toronto because of its "cosmopolitan cultural outlook."

Lawyer sued by Aga Khan fights back - Statement of defence claims someone else behind lawsuit - 2010-05-10

In the document filed with the Federal Court, Alnaz Jiwa claims Shafik Sachedina, a senior Ismaili who works at the Aga Khan’s offices in Aiglemont, France, initiated the action for breach of copyright.

The International Baccalaureate, or IB, has programs for students aged 3-19 at 2,300 participating schools in 126 countries, said Monique Seefried, chair of the IB Board of Governors.
