The University of Central Asia (UCA) and the University of Cambridge have agreed to partner to promote academic cooperation, collaboration in areas of joint research, student exchange, and to share educational materials.

Milk processing workshop opened in Naryn by UCA and the Aga Khan Foundation 2020-02-20
Posted February 20th, 2020 by librarian-hdAKIPRESS.COM - The University of Central Asia and the Aga Khan Foundation established a milk processing workshop at Naryn State University for its new undergraduate programme on “Production Technology and Processing of Agricultural Produce”.
The workshop will provide students with practical experience, help prepare qualified experts in milk-processing in Naryn region, as well as allow for commercial sale, enabling the workshop to become fully self-sustainable, UCA said.

Resource center for parents and children opened in Naryn
Posted August 26th, 2019 by librarian-hdAKIPRESS.COM - The opening ceremony of a parental resource center in the Naryn District Library named after E. Ibraev took place in Naryn on August 21, the Aga Khan Foundation reports.
The opening of the center was made possible thanks to a joint initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation and the Aga Khan Academy, which are both agencies of the Aga Khan Development Network.

Posted November 26th, 2018 by librarian-hdEarlier this month, Prince Aly Muhammad completed a five-day, private visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, during which he visited the Naryn campus of the University of Central Asia. Prince Aly Muhammad spent time with students in Naryn to understand more about their backgrounds and aspirations.
“I was deeply inspired by the students and faculty I had the opportunity to meet during this trip. Getting to know so many talented students and learning more about the UCA’s mission has been exciting and deeply rewarding,” explained Prince Aly.
