Aga Khan arrives in Tajikistan to discuss university issue.

DUSHANBE, August 27 (Itar-Tass) - Spiritual leader and Imam
of Ismaili Muslims Karim Aga Khan has come to Dushanbe by invitation of
President Emomali Rakhmonov to discuss the opening of an international
university. The university will train specialists for Central Asian highlands.
The visit is expected to result in signing of an agreement
to open the university in Khorog, the administrative center of Tajikistan`s
Gorno-Badakhshan region, Tajik Vice-Premier Kozidavlat Koimdodov has told
Itar-Tass.
Aga Khan will also visit Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan as legs
of his six-day tour of Central Asia. The two states are also ready to join
the agreement on the international university and to open its offices.
