Speaker of the Legislative Assembly met with His Highness Aga Khan
Bishkek, October 31. (KABAR). Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Parliament
Abdygany Erkebaev and other lawmakers met with His Highness Aga Khan within the framework of his visit to Bishkek.
A. Erkebaev thanked Prince Aga Khan for participation at the Nishkek Global Mountain Summit and his active
participation in joint projects between Kyrgyzstan and Aga Khan Fund on economic development. His Highness Aga Khan
informed that at present about 100 developing countries works on attracting direct investments and however only 10
countries receives them. His Highness told that the Aga Khan Fund would activate cooperation with Kyrgyzstan on creation
of new enterprises, reducing debts, and for this purpose the Agreement on cooperation on economic development will
assist to it. The Prince also expressed satisfaction on successfully implementing joint projects.
