Le prince Amine Agha Khan, frère du Prince Karim Agha Khan, chef spirituel des musulmans ismaïliens, est arrivé aujourd'hui en Syrie pour une visite de deux jours, où il devrait s'entretenir avec les responsables syriens des programmes de développement exécuté par le réseau Agha Khan de développement en Syrie.
Notons que l'accord de coopération dans le domaine de développement a été signé entre le gouvernement syrien et le réseau Agha Khan en novembre 2001.

Premier Muhammad Naji Otri on Wednesday received Emir Amen Agha Khan and an accompanying delegation in the presence of Damascus Governor .
Talks during the meeting dealt with the cooperation ties between Syria and
"Agha Kahn Net for Development" and means of enhancing them in the fields of
tourism , medics and rural development projects .
Talks also focused on the role of the net in the fields of rehabilitating and repairing castles , historical sites and old edifices .
Several new tourist projects which Agha Khan Net will implement in Aleppo and Damascus were also discussed .
