Oh Lord My respected father showed some arrogance upon me
so he was at a loss for the truth
At that moment he got the 'iron wall'
and he lost the blessings of the Spiritual Vision

Aashaajee Peer Sadardeen tap-j karyaa
je sat-e saacho huvo daas-jee,
Undhe mastak tap-j saadhyun
Swaamee puro hamaaree aash..............Haree anant....3

Oh Lord Peer Sadardin indeed went through a period of arduous
repentance and physical mortifications
and he remained a true servant in a real sense
He performed his meditations and prayers with his head
upside down
Oh Lord fulfil my hopes and wishes

Aashaajee Hun chhun apraadhañn
saachi naari naa tame Var jaañno-jee,
Deedhaa kol Swaamee tame-j paall jo
tame naaree naa Var raaja...............Haree anant....4

Oh Lord I am the guilty(wife)
and You are the protector of the true wife
Only You fulfil the promise that was given by You
You are the Protector King of the wife

Aashaajee Chh maas sudhee Gur-e tap-j saadhyaa
rohdhan karyo apaar-jee,
an paani Gur-e melyaa
tyaare naaree nee keedhee saar..........Haree anant....5

Oh Lord For six months the Guide entirely underwent arduous
repentance
and he shed tears abundantly
The Guide gave up food and water
It was then that the Lord fulfilled the wife's
wishes(the Guru's)

Aashaajee Nar-e jyaare najar-j karyaa
tyaare puree man nee aash-jee,
tyaare vajar nee bheet-j galee
potaa Nar ne paas.......................Haree anant....6

Oh Lord When the Husband set merciful eyes upon him
then his wishes were fulfilled
then the entire 'iron wall' was removed(disappeared)
and he reached the presence of the Husband
Haree You are eternal...

Aashaajee Gur jyaare darshan bhettyaa
sahebe keedhee sambhaar-jee,
Tyaare sujdo dai-ne naaree veenve
ardaas kare apaar.......................Haree anant....7

Oh Lord When the Guru embraced the Spiritual Vision
then the Lord looked after him
At that time the wife prostrated and pleaded
and performed supplications in a limitless manner
Haree You are eternal...

Aashaajee Hun chhun apraadhann paap-ñnee
tame chho bakshañn haar-jee,
Bandaa dosari sadaa apraadhee
Shaah-jee utaaro paar...................Haree anant....8

Oh Lord I am the greatest sinner
and You are the forgiver
The created being is always sinful
Oh Lord take me across the (material) limits
Haree You are eternal...

Aashaajee Baar karodd jeevdda taaryaa
seerbandh bandhyo seer-par-jee,
Tyaare Peer Hassan Kabeerdeen paag lai aagal dharee
tame baandho maaraa treebhovar daataar..Haree anant....9

Oh Lord He saved twelve crore souls
and he put on the Turban on his head(took upon himself
their eternal burden)
At that time Pir Hassan Kabirdin brought this turban and
came forward(and brought it at the feet of the Imam)
You put it on my saviour of the three worlds

Aashaajee Nauv chhoogaa nee Shaah paag-j baandho
veenve ubhee ghar nee naar-jee,
Añnat te maanhe vañnyo hato
te deedho Hassan Shaah ne saar..........Haree anant...10

Oh Lord Oh Lord put on the entire Turban of nine tussles
The housewife pleaded while standing
The eternal (burden) was folded inside it
The (Imam, the Lord) granted it to Hassan Shah in it's
entirety(by placing the Turban on him)
